Sale of Chametz

To minimise the need to leave the house, we recommend that if you sell your chametz to a non-Jew before Pesach you do so via the United Synagogue's website.

The link to the online form is at: https://www.theus.org.uk/category/sell-my-chametz

For additional information or if you have any questions about the sale of chametz, please contact Rabbi Landau: rabbi@barnetsynagogue.org.uk

The Community Continues

The Building may be closed but the Rabbi, the Rebbetzen and the Shul Council are going to work together to ensure that Shul life goes on, be it religious, be it communal, and that those whom are vulnerable in our community are looked after.

Please see the section below for up to date information

We aim to use the space below to provide updates on all things occurring within the Shul environment, the Jewish Community and the community at large. Please check back regularly in order to keep up to date.

To complement and support the tremendous work of your local volunteers, today we have launched the United Synagogue Coronavirus Helpline, which aims to be a central port of call for members who need extra help whether practical, spiritual or emotional. The helpline is live and the number is 020 8343 5696

or email helpline@theus.org.uk.
